How can I view the rest of your website products & prices?
To view our full website, you will need to register an account - WE DO NOT SUPPLY THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
I already have an account with you but I can't seem to access your website, why is that?
We will endeavour to approve your account as soon as possible and once that is done you will receive an email confirming that you will then be able to access the full Marvell's and Aljec website and purchase online.
What is your minimum order value for carriage paid?
Delivery is FREE for all orders of £100 or more to the UK mainland! For more information, click here.
How can I pay for my order ?
We prefer payment by BACS or Faster Payments (please call for bank details). We also accept cheques. We do not currently accept card payments.
How long will delivery take and what happens if I order something that's not in stock ?
We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of cleared payment being received (proforma invoices) or the order being processed (account customers).
If we are, for any reason, unable to fulfil part of your order, we will send the in stock items to you in accordance with our standard terms, and the balance may be placed on 'back order' with you or may be considered cancelled depending on the individual circumstances. We will clarify the situation with you on sending out the in stock goods.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
In the unlikely event of any damaged goods being received they must be reported to our head office as soon as possible by emailing sales@aljecwholesale.co.uk or by calling 01462 815731.
Are you able to export overseas?
We may be able to export goods depending on the volume of the order, but would welcome any such enquiries and discuss them individually.
Do you produce a catalogue and how do I get one?
Yes! We have catalogues for our Marvells, Aljec, Tolsen and Clearance ranges. If you want a printed copy, feel free to get in touch and request one. Digital copies are available to view or download here.
Can you help me if I want a bespoke product that I can't see in your catalogue or on your website?
We are happy to source new and exclusive products for customers, whether it's an old item for which you have lost supply, or something totally new. Please call 01462 815731 or e-mail websales@aljecwholesale.co.uk with your enquiry and we will be glad to help.
